Inner Alchemy

Inner Alchemy

A Pilgrimage of Healing & Personal Awakening

A 9-week, in-person journey of breath, remembrance, and reclamation

This offering is deeply sacred to me.

Inner Alchemy has been extended to a 9-week offering.

Inner Alchemy is the work that has held me,  and continues to hold me, through some of the most tender and transformative seasons of my life.

Over the past year and a half in particular, this practice has been a steady companion through grief, devotion, unraveling, and rebuilding. It has asked me to keep showing up when it would have been easier to close. To keep breathing when the ground beneath me shifted. To stay in relationship with myself when everything else felt uncertain

At the heart of this journey is The Presence Process, a book and embodied practice that quite literally held me through the passing of my father. When sitting in stillness felt impossible, when the quiet felt too loud, I kept returning to the breath. I stayed with the practice. And slowly, something gentle and steady revealed itself, not as a fix, but as support. As companionship. As remembrance.

That lived relationship is what gave rise to Inner Alchemy.

  • “Inner Alchemy was a powerful journey of connecting to the self, soul expression, and community. Life is always happening around us so fast, stepping into this space with Brit to reconnect to the breath is vital for remembering who we are in this fast paced life experience.”

  • “Inner Alchemy was not about rigidity, it was about a group of souls coming together exactly as we were meant to, to learn what each of us needed in this moment in time.”

  • “I am deeply grateful to Brit for creating this container, fearlessly leading us with her wisdom, and shining a radiant example of the way forward. I am equally grateful to the other women for their shared vulnerability, courage, and truth, which made this experience profoundly transformative.”

  • “The community Brit has cultivated is warm, supportive, and inclusive, a place where growth feels possible because connection is real.”

  • “During the 10-week course with Brit, I have literally learned to breathe again. I’ve shed pains, grieved, and laughed in ways I’d forgotten to. I’ve met and reconnected to my inner child and self, as well as pains in ways I would not have imagined.”

A Space To Be Held

I created Inner Alchemy as a place to return, to yourself and to one another.

A place where we are held in community.
Where we lean on each other.
Where we are witnessed in our humanity.
Where we are lovingly supported to keep showing up, even when life has worn us thin.

Because sometimes grief, financial strain, or life’s unexpected turns can make it hard to see clearly. Hard to trust. Hard to continue.

And still, there is light.

Not something you have to find outside yourself, but something that lives within you, waiting to be tended again.

This work exists to help you remember that.

  • Inner Alchemy is not just a class.
It is a pilgrimage, a remembering that lives in the body and unfolds over time.

This is a space where you are invited to return to yourself while being held in community. Where you are seen, witnessed, and gently supported to keep showing up for your own healing. Where breath becomes an anchor, a guide, and a doorway back to what has always lived within you.

I know this kind of work can feel daunting. Breath, inner child healing, shadow work, these words can carry weight. And I want to be clear about something that lives at the very core of this work:

    You always have choice.

You are never asked to do anything without your consent. If something doesn’t feel safe in your body, in your heart, or in your nervous system, you do not do it. Full stop.

This is a foundational pillar of my work, creating spaces where you are supported in listening to yourself, trusting your own timing, and honouring your inner yes and your inner no. A space where your voice matters, where your boundaries are respected, and where your autonomy is never overridden in the name of “healing.”

I also trust something deeply: we are never given more than we have the capacity to hold. What may feel intense in one season can feel gentle in another. The work meets you exactly where you are. You choose the pace. You choose the depth. You choose how you participate.

This is about remembering that you always have choice, and learning to feel that truth in your body again.

In my own grief, this work met me with softness. It met me exactly where I was.

That is the spirit of Inner Alchemy.

You will not be pushed or fixed.
    You will be met.

After my father passed, I sat quietly with the question:
Do I truly have the capacity to hold this right now?

    The answer came clearly:
    Yes, but in person.

Inner Alchemy asked to be rooted. To be embodied. To be held in shared space, breath to breath. And so that is how it lives now.

This work has carried me through grief, marriage, motherhood, and the sacred unraveling and rebuilding of self over the past 12 years. Offering it in person feels like an extension of that devotion.

If you feel the call to join Inner Alchemy, even quietly, I would love to connect.

I ask that we speak together before any commitment is made, to ensure alignment and resonance for us both. From there, if it feels true, we move forward together.

“We must walk this pilgrim journey, we must walk it by ourselves, yes we are alone in this together and together alone we’ll walk this path”
