The Remembering Way

The Remembering Way

A path of devotion, embodiment and remembrance.

A 3-Month 1:1 Journey to Live Your Life as Ceremony

For the past year and a half the word remembering has been walking closely with me.

Not as something we think our way into,
but something that lives in the bones.
A knowing that has always been there.

When I was pregnant with Kaia, there was never a question about where I would give birth. The hospital wasn’t even an option, not because anyone told me it shouldn’t be, but because something deep inside me remembered. Even though no one in my family had done it before, even though my friends thought I was wild, my body said yes.

A quiet, steady remembering that whispered: You already know how to do this. you’ve done this before.

The same thing happened when I chose to homeschool my girls. Again, no one around me was doing it. And again, my bones said yes.

And every time I’ve ignored that voice, when I’ve gone against my own knowing out of fear, love, or the desire to please, my body has always let me know.

This is the place The Remembering Way comes from.

  • β€œI found myself shedding layers I didn’t even realize I had been carrying, old stories, buried emotions, and patterns rooted in past pain. With every breath, I felt a little more free, a little more connected, and a lot more whole.”

  • "Our first one-on-one session with you opened me up to experience releasing and letting go of stuck energies that moved through my whole body. I am a breast cancer survivor and thought I had done a lot of healing on myself. My body was holding onto all the trauma, emotions, and pain. Let me tell you, through breathwork, my body vibrated and shook. The breakthrough was amazing!!!!"

  • β€œWhat truly sets Brit apart is the care and intentionality she brings to every aspect of the experience. She creates a space that feels genuinely safe, welcoming, and grounded, where each person is seen and respected exactly where they are.”

  • β€œI always leave feeling supported, more regulated, and more aligned with myself. This work has been an important part of my healing and growth, and I’m deeply grateful for the care, presence, and integrity Brit brings to it.”

  • β€œBrit is amazing, a beautiful soul who holds space in such a special way. If only there were more of us radiating this kind of energy and love, our world would be so much different."

An Invitation to Listen

I invite you to sit gently with these questions:

  • Where have you felt the remembering in your bones?

  • Where have you listened to that quiet knowing, and where have you ignored it?

  • What happened when you did? When you didn’t?

If something in you stirs as you read this, that stirring matters. It’s often the first language of remembrance.

  • The Remembering Way is a 3-month, 1:1 devotional journey into remembering who you are beneath the noise, the conditioning, and the striving.

It is an invitation to live your life as ceremony.

To walk in devotion, not to religion, but to life itself.
To shift from grasping to trusting.
    From striving to remembering.
From speaking prayers to embodying them.

This work is for those who feel the quiet pull toward a more intentional, reverent way of living, one rooted in breath, presence, and relationship with the unseen and the everyday alike.

Here, we begin to move from:

    β€œI want.”
    β€œI need.”
    β€œI’m not enough.”

    into:

    β€œI am grateful.”
    β€œI am trusting.”
    β€œI am remembering.”

  • This is not about fixing yourself.

There is nothing wrong with you.

Healing is about remembering, when we stop trying to repair ourselves and begin to live our prayer.

In this container, we weave ceremony into the fabric of your daily life. Breath by breath. Moment by moment. Until devotion becomes your natural rhythm. Until life itself becomes your altar.

    We work with:

    • Breath as prayer

    • Ceremony as orientation

    • Devotion as a way of living

    • The body as a keeper of memory and truth

    • Relationship, to self, to life, to what you hold sacred

When the storms come, you learn how to stay rooted.

Like a tree, still standing, still breathing, still remembering who you are.

  • The Remembering Way includes:

    • 3 months of 1:1 mentorship

    • 8 Γ— 60-minute virtual sessions

    • 4 Γ— 90-minute virtual breathwork ceremonies

    • Support between sessions

    • A held, sacred container for remembrance, devotion, and embodiment

This is slow, intentional work. Deep listening. Gentle unraveling. Honest devotion.

  • This is not a cleanse.
    Not a reset.
    Not a quick fix.

This is your life, woven with ceremony, breath, and prayer.

    You are it.
    It is you.

An Invitation To Join

If you feel called to live your life as devotion,
to walk as the ceremony you already are,
I would love to walk with you.

I ask that we connect in conversation before any commitment is made, to ensure alignment and resonance for us both. From there, if it feels true, we will move forward together.
